We will leave Saturday and return Sunday. Let me

This event celebrates anything that has to do with the famous
Route 66 so if you like cars and US road history come join us in the
fun plus you will get to sleep in a wigwam which has lots of headroom.

ride? And if it rains like it did in 2009 we could just drive to the restaurant at 12:30.

Bill passed away February 4, 2008 of lung cancer so all our February
rides will be in his honor. |

April 10- Rosamond/Poppies Ride. NO FREEWAYS
and great scenery.
I enjoyed this ride in
March 2010 so we will do it again for those that missed it and we will
take a group photo with the jets at the Edwards Air Force Base
entrance. Plus the Poppies will be out.

May 1- Ride
4 Kids Brain
Tumor Fundraiser.
Note from Roy- Let
me thank all the Members that are going on this ride. I know
you have
to get up real early for this but this is that one day a year where we
put aside the "little things" that bother us and do what we can to help
these Kids with brain tumors and we hope that the Kids we saw last year
are still alive so we can see them this year.
This is a police-escorted ride!
If you are going on
this ride please let me know ASAP how much you are able to
contribute
so I can give the total to owner Craig Adams since he will match us up
to $5,000.
DEPARTING
AT 7 AM at the Camarillo Shell station
located on
Los Posas Rd. and the 101
and then take
PCH to 10 to 405 and off at Western.
We
donated $300 in 2010, our goal is to raise more in 2011.

Saloon.
We will
meet at the Ventura Carl's Jr. on Victoria at 8:15, depart at
9 sharp and have a pick up at the Chevron on La Cumbre in Santa Barbara
at 9:45. This will be a clockwise ride and we will finish up in
Ojai. |
June 12- Fillmore
Fish Hatchery. You shouldn't say this will be
boring until you've seen it for yourself.
I will bring the dimes so we can feed the fish with the correct food.

in Los Angeles.

We did this ride in 2009 but since it was very cloudy we could not see
the fabulous views but we should have better luck in October. Any
suggestions for lunch? Cold Springs Tavern, maybe something in SB?
